my rank is84000 in obc category in jee mains which colleges can i get?

According to your rank, your percentile must have been around 76-77. Generally the cutoff for Jee Advanced in obc category is 75 percentile, that means you are eligible for Jee Advanced but you have just crossed the cutoff. With this score it will be unlikely to get any NIT or IIIT.
