You won't be able to get admission in NIT Suratkal.  For a General candidate, getting into some core branch is possible only within 20,000 rank as per previous years cutoff.

It's difficult to get into a good NIT with your rank. There can be chances if you have some home state quota,etc. But there are still many colleges you can take admission with your JEE score.

If your luck favours then you might get some lower branches in the later rounds.
