Well according to sc quota 7000 rank is not a par score to help you get admission into any prestigious institution like national institute of technology or indian institute of information technology as they have very high cutoffs for sc category one should be below 2k rank to get seat but there are high chances of your getting seat in some government funded technical institute so i would suggest you to go for that .
