My rank upsee is 7691 can i get in biotechnology btech in bundelkhand university?

last years cutoff moved in between 1k-2k. since your rank is 7k, it will be extremely hard to get in bundelkhand university as it is the top University in UP which offers biotech. so sorry to inform you.
