My rank was 6800 (obc) in cs, can i get mtech admission in AU or SVU through ap pgecet?

As you mention your rank in UPSEE seat with this rank it is difficult to get colleges like AU and other top colleges . As most of the seat are filled by GATE examination.
But you can try in colleges with your rank..
