my reap rank is 2068 & l'm in general category.can l get admission in rtu or mbm?

According to the REAP rank you have mentioned in the question you have good chances of getting in to either RTU Kota or MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur as per the latest cut-off.
Now if you have appeared for JEE-Main then I would recommend you to use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict the chances of your admission in different colleges based upon your percentile and category :-
