Under AIQ one can get reservation only on the basis of SC ST OBC and EWS category howevr you can get reservation under OEC category in State WIse Counselling. OEC candidates will be eligible for the unavailed seats in State Counselling under SC/ST quota in NEET (as per my knowledge). All the best.
