Hey.

The eligibity criteria for admission in Delhi University for three year LLB course is that you need to score a minimum aggregate of atleast 50% marks in your graduation degree if you belong to the general category. So if you do, then you'd require 50% in your BCOM degree. The minimum aggregate required for the SC/ST category  40% and for OBC/PWD category is 45%. Hence as your aggregate is 44% you'd be eligible only if you belong to the SC/ST category otherwise you wont.
