My result of class 12th does not seems good only 80% i have fill the form of ipu under bcom hons. Is it ok or their are any other choice?

Anyways you will get admission in IPU ,But,
I think your marks good enough , they are not so bad.
You can also fill DU form , you will not get admission in 1, 2 , 3, cut offs but may be you get admission in 4, 5, 6 ....10 ,11..
There are till 11 or 12 cut offs that du have very year so you should give it a try .
You should not loose this chance .
And DU forms are opening near 20 may so don't miss.

Hey Aspirant, Firstly congratulations for scoring this marks. Now coming to your query well you need not to worry regarding getting the admission in guru gobind singh Indraprastha university. As the admission criteria for getting admission there is minimaL 50%. So, getting admission in B.com hons. in GGSIPU university you are eligible. B.com hons is a good course and it has many scope in future.
