SASTRA University is Ranked 25th Among best universities in India by NIRF. As this university is at National Level, JEE Mains was the common entrance  examination for Bachelor of Engineering program. JEE Mains Rank used to have 25 -75% weightage of 12th standard percentage plus JEE Mains Scores. But SASTRA had now decided that there will no Entrance examination for Engineering programs from coming years. according to news published on  June 2021. So 50% seats are reserved for 12th standard merit marks and rest for JEE Mains +12th standard marks candidates, who appeared for JEE Mains this year.

As you have secured 2020 AIR, which is an excellent rank, You can opt for any course in Bachelor of Engineering program. There is no particular cut off or minimum percentile data available for admission in this university, Candidates can also apply for admission directly through official website, where they are shortlisted based on there 12th percentage through merit counseling, As 50% seats are allotted to them.
