Congrats for the rank that you got in the JEE mains 220. According to the last some years cut offs sorry to say but with this rank you have very very less or probably no any chances of getting admission into this institution. The lowest cut offs for SC rank is for leather technology which is also more than that of your rank so you have very less chances.

You have mentioned your SC rank to be 24k. But you have not mentioned your preferred stream. of study

I think chances are very less for you to get admission in HBTU, Kanpur.

Even if you get chance, you may not get a decent stream. Also what I have said is based on last few years data.
