my sc category rank in btech is 52k and in barch is 2452 which course should I apply for BTech or barch and in which institute so that my chance of getting seat will be high in jacdelhi councellling

It us difficult to get admission in govt college in Btech.
For barch also all the cut off's are closed around 1k so it seems difficult to get admission into govt colleges.
