my sc category rank is 30964 can i get seat in any nits,iiits,iits,etc.

For SC category candidates, SC rank closes around 8-9K for NITs, 9-10k for GFTIs and up to 13k for GFTIs in JOSAA counselling so on such SC rank you won't be able to get any of the colleges though JOSAA counselling.
