According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you have good chances of getting CSE into 4 IIITs that are IIIT Kota, Kottayam, Kalyani and IIIT Dharwad as per previous year's cut-off. If you are getting IIITs then you why to go for any other low tier engineering college. As cut-offs for this year is not declared yet so we can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs.
