My SC category rank is 698 will i get admission in BMS OR BBA in DU??

I would like you to know that with this rank you wont be able to get the top colleges of DU for BMS OR BBA .
Yes definately you can get the colleges of South Campus and also some colleges of North Campus. So be prepared for the counselling and admision.
