I am sorry to say that based on previous years' trend, with 3.3 lakh All India Rank and 21041 SC Rank in JEE Mains, you would not get any seat in NITs or IIITs.

Only to the Northeastern state Home Quota, students that are possible with minor possibility.

If we see the previous year cutoff for SC category for top IIIT and NIT then you need a category rank below 5000 to get a seat in any of the IIT or NIT and since your rank is much more than that you seem to have no chances of getting a seat in NIT of IIT but don't worry as you still have chances to get a seat in some good colleges in your preferred course.to know the list of colleges where you can get a seat you can use JEE mains college predictor tool:
