my sc rank is 2434. Are there any chances of getting rmnlu or other nlus ?

According to your rank, it is difficult to get any of the NLU but you can just try in:
1.NLUJA, ASSAM
2.TNNLS, TAMIL NADU
Contact them and try to get details of your admission.
