Congratulations on your rank! This is a great rank and more advantageous is that you belong to the SC category.
The cut-off for this year is not out yet but we can get a rough idea of it from previous years' cut-off trends.
With a rank of 3700 you will be able to get admission in any of the IISER of your preference (your first choice). With this rank you can get in even in the general category then your chances from SC category are great.
Hoping that your first choice is IISER Pune as that is the best one. IISER Kolkata and Mohali are also highly esteemed.
