Considering the previous year cut off it is quite difficult to get seat in the preferred courses in NITs through CSAB counselling. However, you have chances of getting seat other branches in the following NITs
This is based on round 2 CSAB counselling. The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

See with such CRL rank and SC category you cannot get the mentioned branches but you can get lower most branches like Metallurgical and materials, Production and Industrial, and likewise.
If we go through previous year's data of seat allotment On the basis of data mentioned in the question by you, you can go for the enlisted NITs in CSAB counselling :-
