Hi, below is the list of documents required for admission:

• NEET application form 2021 copy

• Admit card of NEET 2021

• Any photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, PAN card)

• Copy of NEET result 2021

• Nationality certificate issued by the competent authority

• Domicile certificate issued by the designated body

• Class 10 exam certificate, school leaving certificate

• Date of birth certificate

• Class 12 statement of marks

• Medical fitness certificate

• Online Maharashtra MBBS application form filled

• Orphan certificate by the authority, if applicable

• Caste certificate

• Special reservation claim, if required

• Minority certificate, if applicable

• Necessary transfer certificate of parent

• Any other certificate asked by the authority

There no requirement of a character certificate. So, if you get it good, if you don't it is fine. Hope this helps.
