Only the school can provide you with conduct or character certificate.It should be given along with the transfer certificate.There is no other means through which a character certificate can be made.You may apply for a bonafide certificate from the administration office of your school though it serves only as a temporary proof that you were a student of that school.But it doesn't replace the character or transfer certificate.

You can get character certificate from school only as it represents your character throughout the school.so only school has right to issue it. But due to covid-19 there are many problems in contact to schools.

You can get it from school so please visit to school the management and faculty are coming,so go there and request them.
