First of all, congratulations! You scored well. NEET is a very competitve exam, and it's an impressive score you got. As per your chances of getting a college in 2nd round counselling, I would say you could get a MBBS admission or BDS admission in any private college in UP, as you have scored 60% in NEET UG.
Some colleges you could look into are :
1) Sharda University, Greater Noida
2) Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad
3) Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Faridabad
4) Eras Lucknow Medical College & Hospital , Lucknow
Considering SC category specifically the cut off has been 133 this year. I am sure you can easily get a seat at any private medical college. Good luck !
Hope this helps! All the best ! : )
