My score in 10th is 45 percentage and in 12th 48 percentage and graduation is above 50 percenatge. I am eligibile for IIM or not?

As per the information provided by you, your score in academics are too low for getting you into IIM. Now most of the IIMs take admission on the basis of both cat score and acads.
