Assam CEE Cut Off is normally decided by Assam Science & Technology University which is the exam conducting body of Assam CEE which is organized to grant admission to Bachelor of technology and Bachelor of engineering courses offered by the colleges of Assam.
With 146 marks from being obc category you can try for the following colleges based on previous year cutoff trends.
As for computer science branch, the cutoff varies every year for the branches, but you have a very good chance to get into computer science branch
