With 125 you can get a rank around 400-900 in the Comedk Exams.

As you can see with the rank and as per the results from last two years I can say that you might just be one of the last ones to get CSE in RV. But mind it seeing how the rank is decreasing every year it would be difficult. On the other hand for MS you have a better chance at gettin CSE since just last year their closing rank was 451.

But still do not just depend on these two colleges as ranks can fluctuate anytime. I would suggest that you also keep colleges PES Institute or Bangalore Institute of Technology(BIT)

PES had a closing rank of 1063 in 2017 and 3040 in 2016

BIT had a closing rank of 1484 in 2017 and 2791 in 2016

As the ranks are falling drastically these colleges will fall just under your range
