My score in gate CSE 2019 is 714 and rank 673 , till now I have got ism dhanbad cs-is only . Is there any chance for iit Hyderabad for me ?

First of all congratulations for performing very well in GATE examination. Yes there are chances of getting IIT Hyderabad in the upcoming rounds of counselling as per the rank list of previous year. So you may wait for the upcoming counseling rounds to get your desired college.
