My score in icar is 171.belongs to bc 1 category..can i get a government college in bihar?

Hello Manisha,
With your above mentioned marks in ICAR examination it'll be quite tough for you to get admission in governmment colleges of Bihar as cutoff usually goes higher for government colleges there.
I'll suggest you to keep a backup plan ready if not selected for Government college.
