My score in jee mains is 100 I am and SC candidate and I got preparatory rank in jee advance I should take nit or preparatory course in iit

Well it will depend upon you, what you choose.
But taking any branch in IIT in which you are not interested will affect your academic progress . I think it would be better to choose NIT with a good branch and study well.
