Hello aspirant,

You have niether mentioned whether you belong to state quota or All India Quota nor you have mentioned your category i.e general/ OBC/ SC/ ST. I am considering you as a general category candidate. If you belong to the state quota you do have some chances with this score as last year the cutoff of BSA Medical College was score 550 with rank 5428 and of NDMC it was score 562 with rank 4641 . So your lies in the perfect range but rank is much higher than required. So there is chance but not much. To predict other colleges you can get use the link below.
