With this score range you can only try private medical colleges in India else opt for Mbbs abroad.
Rest it’s depends on your state and more likely if your state having good number of private college like UP Karnatka etc, then chances are there for sure to get a Admission
Else you can opt for management quota if you can afford one.
Studying MBBS in abroad will be great idea because of low fess outside india ,
In India fees for a private medical college will go up to 25 lakhs per year and a donation of 1crore ,
you may try other feilds also if you want because there are diverse feilds in NEET or medical entrance .
In around 20 lakhs you will complete MBBS abroad like Eukraine .

So on such marks you have very low chances to get any of the medical colleges under state quota with this category. You can get some private colleges through direct admission, but the condition is that you must have appeared in counselling and unable to secure any seat in it.
