I hope you are doing well and good. Your marks are little less Because this year's competition is quite high. But there are chances for you to get a seat in private and deemed colleges. As you have not mentioned about your category, it becomes a more difficult task to predict the chances. But there are chances for you to get a seat in BDS, BAMS, BHMS.
