As per your query I would like to tell you that you don't have chances of getting a seat in government medical college as last year least marks to secure a seat was 560 marks in government medical college,dungarpur from your category under state quota
Talking about all India quota last year least marks to secure a seat was 555 marks in government medical college,bhilwara and government medical college,Pali from your category . So here possibilities are 50-50 .
talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category
You can apply for deemed colleges to be on safer side . Else you can wait till the release of results in order to get a clear view regarding your options

Your chances might be quiet less as this year NEET exam was a bit easy which might lead to increase in cutoff of various colleges . All I can say is wait for release of results so as to get a better view
