Your question can only be answered by taking up previous year data and telling you your chances of getting admission in a government medical college in clinical branch on your score. But, there are some issues in exactly taking-up previous year data of NEET PG and applying it for this year's admissions because last year NEET PG was conducted for 1500 marks, while for this year, i.e. NEET PG 2018 has been conducted for a total of 1200 marks and results have been given accordingly.

So, we can't exactly predict the score you will need to secure admission in clinical course in a Govt. medical college.

However, when NEET PG rank cards will be released tommorrow, you can use the automated College Predictor tool of Careers360 to know the college and course you might be allotted on the basis of the same.
