Dear Sakthivel,
Assuming you are from Tamilnadu( as per your user information), with 260 marks it will be very difficult for you to get government medical colleges as the cutoff for OBC category for all the colleges is above 350. So you can try for private medical or dental colleges or else study for another year and score good marks in the next year.
HELLO! SAKTHIVEL
SEE 260 MARKS ARE LESS ENOUGH AND IF YOU HAVE OBC CATEGORY STILL IT WILL BE VERY LESS CHANCE TO GET ADMISSION IN GOVT. COLLEGE OF MEDICAL.
OPT SOME SELF FINANCING COLLEGES OR JUST RELAX AND TAKE ONE YEAR BREAK PREPARE WELL AND GET GOOD MARKS AND ACHIEVE DREAMS.
YOU CAN STILL CHECK YOUR COLLEGE PREDICTION FROM OUR WEBSITE LINK MENTIONED BELOW:

Dear candidate,
Colleges is totally depend on the marks you got and the rank. Different states have their own criteria for seats to allote. Under state quota the 85 percent reservation for state students and under all india quota the 15 seats for the other state students.
As per your said marks its hard for you to get government medical college in any state under the obc category also.
As you have not mentioned about any state, its difficult to say about any college with any information.
For that here I am providing you with the link of our site portal to predict your college by just mentioning your information for the college and know you applicable colleges.
Follow the below link to predict your college:
