Various categories have different cutoffs. For government colleges, the general category cutoffs are substantially higher, whilst the cutoffs for SC, ST, and OBCs are quite low. For the general category, a score of 570+ is required for admission to a government medical college. This is a good score that will get you into a good college based on AIQ or state quota.
