Lets assume 100 is your average Allen AIIMS mock test results. Now in real scenario we take you perform better let’s take 110 although it generally stays at the same level or decreases. Now with that marks 110 you would get a rank somewhere in 3k to 5k. Now for a general candidate this rank is high. And the chances to get only the very new AIIMS like Kalyani and all remains. As they will be added for the first time, we cannot presume what will be their cutoff but I guess it may end within 3k.
