As you have mentioned that your score is 102.5 and your sc category rank is 225 which indeed is a good rank... See, your category rank is good which eventually push your chances oc getting a government seat for government nursing colleges.

Well,your chances are really high of getting a seat, but it totally depends on the cutoff which depends on many factors like number of seats available, number of candidates appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the question paper and many more . So, just hope for the best and be positive...
