my score is 210 in neet belongs to general category. is there any chance of getting a pvt college or deemed university with this score.

This is very low marks, you cannot get even private medical colleges with this much marks if you are from general category.
Its better for you to drop a year and prepare for neet again and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor by clearing neet with flying colours.
