My score is 220 in MET 2019 and my rank declared is 16932 , with this do i have a chance in EE / EC / ME

Based on past trends, given your marks and rank you have decent chance of getting any of these mentioned courses at Sikkim or Jaipur campus. But your chances of getting a seat in any of the mentioned courses in the mother campus is bleak.
