You can't get a government seat but a private seat might be possible.
There are someways to get scholarship. They are:
1. Qouta... Private colleges have certain provisions for such students.
2. Monitarily weak.. you can get a signed letter from MLA , MP or any government first class officers.
3. Scholarship based on marks in 12th

Sorry, but with a score of 300-350 you won't be getting a seat at Government Medical Colleges under General Category. If you have some kind of reservation like SC, ST or OBC, it might be possible. You can get a seat in private college. Some private colleges do offer a decrement in fees depending on your NEET score and your boards results. All the best.
