My score is 430 can I get a government medical college

With 438 will be difficult to get a Government Medical College unless you are from a state where the cut off vary around that score
Otherwise on the general not unless you are scoring in excess of 500 you are not getting into a Government Medical College availing the 85% state quota and to avail a Government Medical College availing the 15% all India quota you must be getting a score in excess of 580 to 600 out of 720.
