First of all your marks are good but not sufficient to get any governement medical college under general category. Because for general category the marks range should be around 550-630 to get any governement college foe MBBS/BDS. So it is not possible to get any seat through all india counselling. But you can try your luck through state level counselling. Hope you find it useful.
