My score is 497. Is it possible to get admitted at JSS Medical College, Mysore, at management Quota?

As you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General.
See it is little bit difficult to suggest that whether you will get seat in JSS Medical college, Mysore or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in Karnataka then there are good chances for you to get seat in JSS Medical college, Mysore if you belongs to Karnataka, the reason being is last year the lowest cut-off marks was 490 for government seat in JSS Medical college, Mysore under Home State quota for General category and Management seats have slightly lower cut-off marks as compare to government seats.
