AS cut off may decrease due to toughness of the question paper but then also 20 marks is great margin. You will be almost on borderline.

You may get private MBBS colleges in maharashtra very easily. You may also get deemed medical college in AIQ counseling.

You have great chances bof getting govt BDS college like GDC, mumbai and Nair DC, mumbai. So you can also go for these two colleges aas your best option.

As you mentioned that you belongs to OBC category any your expecting 546 marks in NEET examination. 546 marks are good but your chances of getting admission in government college is less. As you have domicile of Maharashtra you can participate in state counselling of Maharashtra. Though there are courses like bds, for bds you can get admission in government college. For mbbs you can apply in government as well as private college.
