650 is an amazing score in Neet. Moreover you belong to OBC Category so you have fair chances of getting a good government college through state quota. Hoing by last year's cutoffs, you can expect-
  • King George Medical University
  • Sarojini Naidu Medical College
  • Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College
  • Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, Kanpur
  • Dr.Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
  • GMC Kannauj, Saharanpur etc.
Almost all colleges are achievable with this rank under state quota as you have a good score. Now there are a lot of colleges you can get based on your score through All India Quota. So I would suggest you to use Neet College Predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Through All India Quota, you can expect-
  • Andhra Medical College
  • Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna
  • Patna Medical College, Patna
  • Employees State Insurance Corporation Medical College
  • Mysore Medical and Research Institute, Mysore
  • Calcutta National Medical College
  • Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Kolkata
  • R.G. Kar Medical College, Kolkata and many more.

Hello Aspirant,

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

See it is little bit difficult to suggest for sure that in which college you will get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

According to the marks mentioned by you in the question your expected rank would lies in the range of 235 - 1735. So if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends for All India Quota seats then there are good chances for you to get seat in some of the GMCs like :-

  • King George Medical University, Lucknow
  • Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College, Meerut
  • S.M.S. MEDICAL COLLEGE, JAIPUR
  • RUHS College of Medical Sciences, Jaipur
  • SARDAR PATEL MEDICAL COLLEGE, BIKANER

And many more. To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-
