My seat type changed to fee waiver in third allotment. Do I have an option to not choose this as I heard a fee waiver can't apply for other scholarships..?!

Hi, you can not change the type of seat you have received. If there are other rounds available for you then you can wait for the same college by selecting an appropriate option for being in the same college. If you wish to sit for scholarship exams you can. Hope this helps.
