Hi Sush,
I understand that you have not participated in the mop up round of counselling and that you have also not been allotted seat through the second round of counselling and so you are eligible to getting a security money e as a defined as soon as the entire counselling process is completed so I request you to kindly wait for the time being until you receive the different and if in any case you do not defined you are requested to address the matter to the concerned authorities demanding for the refund at the earliest through post while mentioning all the relevant details associated with your candidature and the payment for the counselling process.
