Dear Aspirant,
IGNOU is an open central university which is one of the most reputed around India. Of course, it is accepted by many colleges in India. Most of these colleges conduct law examinations for entrance in LLB course. For that you need to go through the eligibility criteria of the same. Here are some of them:
1. CLAT
CLAT exam is one of the most famous for pursuing LLB in India. The criteria looks at the qualification at the level of 10+2 or senior secondary and requires you to score a minimum of 45% in the qualifying degree. There is no age limit for the same.
2. LSAT
The aggregate percentage required for different categories varies between 45% and 40%. This also looks at the score of 10+2 results. This exam also does not mention any upper age limit.
3. AILET
This exam is conducted by NLU Delhi exclusively. It requires 50% marks in 10+2.
So, all the exams other than these also follow the same parameters for eligibility. IGNOU will definitely not be a problem during your admission. Other than this, even if you want to apply overseas, this degree is not going to restrict you. When the institute mentions "recognised" university in their eligibility criteria, it is sure to include an institute like IGNOU for the same.
Hope this helps. All the best!
