Sometimes it depends upon the luck as well during the counselling because within this much of range you will get ECE or might not in main campus that solely depends upon the JEE mains Cuttoff as well because in such cases the top rankers will move forward in the Government Institutions via Mains rather in Vit, so that view your chances of getting the ECE at main campus will be higher and about the fee structure it will be around 3LPA and hostel fee will be around 1LPA , that solely depends upon the rank as well.
