My signature in neet admit card is vertical and compressed so it is not clearly visible but I did not get any notification from nta for correction. will it work in exam

Do not worry , it will not create a problem as you have not received any notification regarding it .
Make sure you ca rry an identity card issued by government of India with clear photograph and signature , like
Aadhaar card
Pan card
Passport
Driving licence
Voter id
E Aadhar
Ration Card
